Measure impact and continuously optimize learning outcomes based on learner data and feedback.

Collaborate directly with customers to co-create and tailor personalized learning content that aligns with their specific needs, roles, and organizational context.

Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and integrate real-world insights into our learning experiences.

You have experience in e-learning, content creation, instructional design, or related areas, ideally in cybersecurity or AI.

You are passionate about turning complex topics into engaging learning experiences.

A background in didactically and psychologically optimized learning is a strong plus.

You are tech-savvy and excited about using AI tools to scale your impact.

You have strong ownership and drive projects independently from idea to delivery.

You have excellent writing and communication skills in both German and English.
