As Marketing Intern, you’ll be our first dedicated marketing team member and work directly with the founding team to lay the groundwork for all things marketing. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership, try out bold ideas, and help build an iconic B2B cybersecurity AI brand from scratch. You’ll support and drive projects across content, campaigns, events, and performance - learning more in a few months than most do in a year.

• Build the engine: Help set up scalable inbound and marketing workflows, including tools, tracking, and content production.
• Get creative: Test new channels, try bold campaigns, and help define our tone of voice across all platforms (LinkedIn, newsletter, website, podcast, and more).
• Drive content & thought leadership: Support the creation of customer stories, Linkedin posts, newsletter formats, podcast ideas, and other content to position revel8 as a category leader.
• Drive field marketing & events: Research, plan and support revel8’s presence at key DACH events - from exclusive CISO roundtables to major cybersecurity conferences.
• Analyze & improve: Track campaign performance, analyze what’s working, and help us make data-informed marketing decisions.
• Jump into special projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives - whether it’s creating investor materials, helping with internal comms, or initiate team events.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A natural problem-solver and analytical thinker, you enjoy tackling complex challenges head-on, even when the going gets tough.
• Curiosity and creativity: You love trying new ideas and thinking outside the box, always ready to learn and thrive in unfamiliar domains.
• A true self-starter with a strong work ethic, you take initiative and can work independently to drive projects forward.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Prior experience in marketing and campaign management is a plus, as well as experience with Figma, Canva, Notion, Webflow, or similar tools.
